MICK TINDILL As General Manager of OSB, Mick brings a wealth of experience in the form of international outside broadcasts. With his work with varying OB companies around the globe he has completed OBs in Turkey, Nepal, China, Great Britain, India, America and Australia. He has also worked as Venue Technical Manager on the last three Olympic Games, numerous Commonwealth Games and Football & Rugby World Cups.

LEX WALKER has been involved in live - outside broadcasting for most of his life, and is Outside Broadcasting's Operations Manager.

Before joining ATV10 as Technical Director, Lex spent the first fifteen years of his career with the ABC in Melbourne as an outside broadcast and linking Senior Technician. Lex then joined the fledgling TV3 Network in New Zealand as Facilities and Operations Manager before undertaking the TV3 - BBC worldwie Millemmium Day role of National Operations Co-ordinator.

Lex has been with On Site from the conceptual stages and is responsible for all logistical and operational planning and management.

RAY STANDIDGEis the founder of On Site Broadcasting. Ray started his career within the creative departments of some of New Zealands largest advertising agencies. He then spent 15 years managing his own production companies, gaining extensive experience in all aspects of international production acquisition.
